Confused. Why do some of my Aliens have SimRays and others do not?

I have 4 Alien Sims resulting from their Sim Fathers having been abducted. 2 of them have SimRays in their inventories 2 do not. Why? They all have Alien powers and can disguise themselves. All in dif...

No. Aliens have SimRays. Tho - Not all of them, it seems.

Wait they do because the scientist career is the only way to get them.
