Cook Out Scenario Not Completing-SOLVED

I've completed all tasks and hosted a cook out but the Host a Cook Out task does not register as complete. Anyone else have this issue? I've posted to Bug Reports. UPDATE: It appears "Goaled Event" is off by default, so I changed to Goaled, completed the event tasks and finally completed the scenario.
