San Myshuno is my pick coz I’m thinking back to TS3 and Late Night vampires lived in Bridge Port there was a night club there that had a layer for vampires to sleep. And I’m sure you could turn an apartment building into a vampire apartments ? plus as everyone has said you can find lots of people to feed from without bring attention to them ☺️
