Since Mollie's adoptive dad, Yusei, is single, he has interacted and/or flirted with more than one female townie (both single and married!). So, having him choose who would be his New Year's date was difficult. Hello? What's this? .... Brylee Redd, one of Yusei's old flames (whom he met in Willow Creek when she was a librarian), just got a divorce!
Coincidence that MC Command Center randomly selected Lane and Brylee for a Relationship Change? Maybe, maybe not. Perhaps Brylee wouldn't mind going on a date with Yusei to take her mind off her recent break-up with her now ex-husband, Lane. Yusei opted to use the SimDa Dating App to ask Brylee out.
Yusei and Brylee traveled to Hanamigawa Koen in the Senbamachi neighborhood. First off, Brylee needed to change her formal outfit. .... Aw! I think they missed seeing each other!
During the conversations, Yusei finds out that Brylee likes violin and dislikes the color green.
So far, so good. Now the moment of truth. Is Brylee still romantically interested in Yusei? Since she was getting flirty, the answer is leaning towards yes. However, the moment eventually was ruined because Yusei needed to use the restroom.
Even though wanting to mentor other Sims for the Logic skill was a major distraction for Yusei, the SimDa date went well.
It is great that they have Yusei and Brylee have met up togther again, and that their date went well ❤️It does sound like they were meant to be together, after Brylee divorced her husband. I hope that their relationship develops well. It was sweet that they met each other again with a hug 💗It wasn’t so good though that in the midst of their date, he wanted instead to do logic skill mentoring with other sims!
