So, this works for me. Instead of "Sims.Give_Satisfaction_Points 8000" you'd say "Sims.Give_Satisfaction_Points -8000" make sure theres a space between "Points" and whatever number you use. It can be any number but without any quotations "" in it and use the negative to take points and no symbol to add points.

Are you sure it isn’t going into the family inventory or something? Could it be a mod issue?
Anyway what happened to that “new player question thread”? It would seriously cut down on the necroposting if new members didn’t have to resurrect years dead topics for help.
