I agree it is. I'm okay with only 3 lots up at the Pinnacles because not everyone should be living up there unless they've "made it".
But there should be more than 3 lots in Mirage Park and they shouldn't have been so big! I would have preferred 4-6 much smaller lots at something like 20x20 strung together like the 2 big ones are.
The downtown area is okay. And I've converted on of them in to residential for the in-betweeners who are working up.
