Different sale prices in Steam vs EA app?

Hey! I notice that the Horse Ranch pack is 50% off in the EA App, but only 38% off in Steam. Is this intentional or did somebody forget to update the prices?

And Horse Ranch is only 38% off now. I should have bought it instead of waiting for the weekend. Sigh.
