Dim Interior Lighting (Easy Fix - NOT a glitch)

There's an overhead light (the cheapest one) that gives off a TON of light. In my small starter house, just needed to get 5 and the house is bright and cheerful (and the light spills out into her yard). She has 1 in her bedroom, 1 in the bath, 1 in the living room, 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the entry (walls separating most).
