Disable monsters?
Is there anyway to disable the monsters under the bed update? I'm annoyed that my kids never sleep....

Because all it serves as is a major plum-off every time the same Sim wakes up and cries about it to another Sim that's trying to sleep. This franchise has turned to plum ever since Maxis took ownership of TS3. I loved TS3, but TS4 was a MAJOR step back from its predecessor.
They added it, because children lack depth. They are plain boring along with teens. Plus, it came with kids room stuff. Just buy the nightlight and keep it on at night. You would be amazed how many kids are actually scared of monsters in closets, beds toilets and etc, so I don't think they thought it was "cute".
