Disappointed with City Living

I agree, there are way too many limitations. Apartments can't be place in any other world, you cant build apartment buildings like you could (with a cheat) in previous games. No working elevators. The city is just decorative backdrop and you can't switch festivals off switch for me cause lag. Its just a re skin like lgr said in his review.

Edit: As for the chairs being the same but a recolour, I think it was so you can furnish an apartment to look run down. This was something I actually loved about this ep and wish more furniture came with run down swatches.
