But it looks like you can only busk with violin or guitar. And what's worse is sims barely tip you at all. And even worse than that, you cannot busk wherever you please like how it was in Sims 3. Nope.. there is predefined spots where you can busk. Like an item you can use. And you can forget about it if another NPC is using it before you can. He will busk from morning till night, and then all night, and your sim wont get a chance to play.

Must admit... I purchased the City Living Expansion a couple of months ago now. I do enjoy the expansion! I love the apartment living, however noisy neighbours do get annoying when you are trying to get your toddlers and children to sleep, which inevitably results in dolls houses being smashed multiple times, but at the same time gives a more realistic aspect to the game.... everyone experiences noisy neighbours at some point right? The festivals were a novelty at first, however once you have been a couple of times to each, the novelty wears off. I do like that from most apartments your sims can travel to the centre of the district without having to use the 'Travel' function, it is limited, but nice being able to have one sim play basketball, busk or go to a vendor whilst still having control of the others in the apartment! That being one of the biggest features that I miss from the Sims 3 . Its also nice to be able to play from rags to riches working your way up the careers and available apartments. Also LOVE the lot traits, that can be used even outside of the city living world, a particular favourite is 'chefs kitchen'. However, avoiding lots on 'Ley Line' as even after i removed the trait my sim had twins 0.o, that was unexpected after removing the trait.... however, could be a coincidence i suppose! lol - Happy Gaming
