This is such an imaginative question, and I actually think about that a lot. Now that I have an infant, I play with many interruptions and, more often than not, I leave the game on to continue on its own for a couple of minutes before I am back. During those times, I always find my household Sims doing the funniest and sometimes weirdest stuff you can ever imagine!
For example, just yesterday, I found one of my Werewolves randomly being aggressive to Sims around town! Meanwhile, one of the toddlers was sleeping next to the family horse! 😂
