Do teens rotate?

Yes it rotates a little but it doesn't rotate in your created sims as often as it rotates pre mades and teen townies. I have 16 teens I created and I never see the teens I created in rotation and that includes events like cheer event and football day etc. I had 5 sims with five prom dates and only 2 dates could come due to the lot limit and the game pushing in a set number of townies and copperdale premades. I do think they code to prioritize npc and premades.

Might be too early after the pack has been released to get an answer, but I definitely want to know, too, so Imma follow this thread. I hear there's a mod for deciding which teens get to go, though.

Yes. I just discovered it this morning. Choose Your Classmates. I'm waiting to see if it works. My Global Superstar met her by chance and although their friendship bar is full, as well as their Romance bar, neither has asked the other to be their boyfriend/girlfriend. It's like they're both a tad shy. LOL However, he got asked to go to the Spice Festival, so he asked his 'friend' to come along. Funny thing is, I had her selected to be a Core Sim, which is what this small mod does. I made her a member of the Cheer Team. At any rate, they chatted while at the Spice Festival and they both promised to not go to the Prom. When he dropped her off at her house, she burst into tears. That's when I had him ask her to go to the Prom with him as Friends. She readily agreed. We'll see how it goes. It's Saturday in my game. Prom is at 7 PM. Should be interesting to see if she shows up, or even how it works.

@GalacticGal I'm anxious to see if this works. I haven't bought HSY yet--I've read too much about the issues the pack is causing, and I've only just gotten the few mods Z and I use to work after this week's Base Game update. If Choose Your Classmates works, that will make HSY much more attractive. We have a nice collection of Teens we would like to see at the high school.
