I play way too many sims in way too many saves. There are 2-3 sims I've played in different saves, but I don't have one spesific family/sim that I "restart" in any way.
There's always time to make changes. I don't play huge families, aging is off and never got past gen 3 so far. Working on it, gen 4 shouldn't be too far off. I would not restart that legacy with the same sims, though.
