What it says in the title, do you play as your Simself? Feel free to comment why you do or don't.

I was tempted to hit other because none of the options were quite right, but felt like that was waffling.
So I didn't ever try to make myself as a sim, from the first time I started playing, but over time, realized there was some vicarious sentiment going on in some cases and not others. Eventually I tried making a simself, but it just seemed really awkward somehow. I could relate less well with it, than with sims I had accidentally started relating with.
I can see people playing a Simself aspirationally, like trying to role-play themselves as they would like to be, their best selves. But in order to do that you have to be able to make a Sim you feel represents you in a good way, and I never had any success at that.
