- sikoah8 years agoSeasoned VeteranI play with all them. But my sims usually only have 1 or 2 children and I don't age them up for a very long time. So I become invested in their stories.

same here. But my Sims never get older then (young) adult :D. Can't watch them get old and die. - Normally just one, but I’ve recently decided to give rotational play a try and discovered I really enjoy it - and I just started out with one couple, so the households I rotate between (currently 3, though there are currently twins pretty close to aging up to YA and moving out) are all related. I actually quite like getting to have a say in how things turn out for the whole extended family rather than leaving it up to chance and pretty much ignoring any family other than parents or siblings.
- icemanfresh8 years agoLegendMy sim had three kids. I kept the "main" one in the original house and moved the other two out. Since TS4 is more conducive to rotational play than TS3, I ended up rotating between the main household and the mansion inhabited by the other two. It's quite fun having the cousins visit each other for video games and stuff.
- pinneduphair8 years agoSeasoned AceI usually play mostly with one, and check in on the others every once in a while. How much I do with the other children depends on how much control I want over their "story".
- Reddestiny9218 years agoLegendIt depends in one of my current longer running families I kept two in the background only checking on them from time to time and played out the two eldest. In other families I pick the oldest or favorite and leave the rest at home with their parents.
- wildirishbanshee8 years agoSeasoned AceI play them all, but I'm also coming from sims 2 where you had to do so lol.
- I try to play with all of them but some of my sims have like five kids so sometimes I'll just establish their lives (partner, job, house/apartment) and focus on the children with more exciting personalities.
- I pick one child and continue with their family. I always make sure to play a bit with the parents and siblings, but one the once I pick is a young adult, I move on to their life.
- I rotate and play them all.
