Do you think the Sims 4 & its DLC is too US/euro focused?

I do feel like it is. Especially when other games in the genre are much more diverse with everything than the Sims 4 is. I just feel like Sims 4 is stuck in the past and tries to do simple modern furniture to make up for it, but just ends up enhancing how US/Euro focused this version of the Sims is compared to its counterpart PC, console, and mobile versions.
