Do you want pre-teens?

As I wait for Eco Lifestyle, I'm playing a sim couple who I want to have six kids but living in a small home (bunk beds would be great, but I digress). I'm only on child #2 but so far, it's fun. I realized as the kids get older, even though they are different ages, it SEEMS they are the same age when in the same life stage but adding pre-teens can add more variety. What's the consensus here about that? I am convinced that we will never see pre-teens, but one can dream.

Despite wanting more immediate things fixed first, I answered YES. The jump from child to teen is a little too stark for my liking, adding a new life stage increases the overall lifespan of a sim, pre-teens have a completely different set of life challenges to overcome. I think it's a sound investment.

Yes, I want preteens but first EA needs to update the babies so they're aren't objects.

I don't want another life stage but would really like it if teens got an overhaul so they look different to adults. More teen gameplay would be good too

Adding a new life stage is unnecessary. They need to add more for toddlers, children and teens first

It's fine if they add them to sims 5 where we can have them from the start, but don't mess with what we've already got now.
