Do Your Children Move Back in to the Family Home After Graduating University?

Depending which legacy playing if the heir went to university they came back home
If any of the kids in my other saves I do one of two things A) if its not against the rules of the challenge they do come back home if they don't have the money for a vacant lot or for a lot that has a residential dwelling on it til they can afford a place on their own, B) will give them 3k if plan on playing them in the near future
