Doing the millionaire scenario

I did this challenge once, not long time ago. At the first time my sim was in the painter career and as soon as possible I had run my own shop/gallery. Slowly but steady I bought more and reselled the expensive stuff, having expensive cc like famous pictures from the past or cc from heyharri gives the shop more diversity. The first million was hard, the second and almost the third was not, then I've stopped playing that save.

I doing this scenario again, but this time I'm doing it without gardening and running a shop. Started with 0 simoleons on an empty lot, so far my sim has already a home with almost all necessaries, is in the critic career on level 9, married with Diego Lobo (no relocation, he has to stay in his apartment, until my house is finished and looks more suitable) and has around 60k in the wallet, after 1 1/2 sim year. I won't stay in this career until the end of the sim life, when reaching the 10+1 promotion, I plan to join the stylist career (my sim can do it better) then go into the politics (more influence and helpful connections) and at last the business career (profit).

Since I still have the mccc settings from my other challenge, I think I will have enough time to reach the million with this plan.
