Doing the millionaire scenario

I've just started this scenario. The sim I have chosen is a YA vampire with no skills, and at the bottom of the career ladder. Since she is a vampire I moved her into the starter home in Forgotten Hollow. She is slowly steadily remodeling her home, so it's going to take her a while to accomplish this. Normally I use money cheats, but not with this save, and it's really making things a bit interesting. I am a little curious about how long this will actually take her to complete this.

I do have one little question. In the description of this scenario, there are three steps. The question is about step number 2, will that always remain as three question marks, or does that eventually change to say something?
