I started this one but forgot to improve the house before creating my sim - oh well! I created him via story mode and he's currently a corporal in the army. He's going to get a roommate to help with the bills. My first goal is to put better items in the house then he'll start saving up where possible. I'll try to have him grow his own food to save money, and he will perform all repairs himself, and of course upgrade household items as well.
