Also it you point your mouse over the “edit term paper” option it can tell you the quality of you paper.

@Tan80: you'll get a message saying that your sim completed a draft of the paper. Then just go back to "university coursework", select "term paper" & then choose "edit term paper." This will have your sim get the paper to an outstanding status & you can then submit it.

Sorry for the necro, but I seem to have picked up a small bug where I can't even edit the term papers, the only options are to submit them. Any ideas?

Maybe it's been written good enough already? Also, check your mods. I had a mod that overwrote the original coding from EA.

This happens if game thinks you completed the final requirement

I don't have the option to write a term paper. I removed all my mods, repaired the game, and cleared my cache files, but it doesn't show up. What can I do?

Edit: I figured it out. I was looking on the research computers in the library. They apparently don't have that option.

If you have the Personal objects mod pack from LittleSmSam the university menu won't appear so you will have to uninstall the pack or deactivate it (remove it from the cc folder) while you are playing with the sims 4 university pack.

I have LittleMsSam’s personal objects mod & the university menu always shows up.
