Edit Family Relationship

I created a family in CAS: mom, dad, 2 teen girls and 1 teen boy. The teens are showing up as children to each of the adults (mom and dad) but the mom and dad are roomates. (wth?)
I didn't realize this oversight until I put the family in a house in live mode. Now I can't edit their relationship in CAS with testingcheats. I tried a modifyrelationship cheat but it's not working at all either, I guess because they have the same last name. (???)
Kinda frustrated at myself. Any help?

    Hey folks, I've split some post and will be closing this thread as there's been a few bumps that haven't really added anything to have warranted reviving this. If that changes please reach out to one of the EA Mods and we'll re-evaluate things.
