Unused
There are two NPC careers that go unused. It seems like at first instead of Hired Bartenders and Hired Caterers being a random sim, a special role was made for these sims to be hired to parties. Yet now, they do nothing. These are:
Caterer
careers.add_career Adult_NPC_HomeChef
Company Bartender
careers.add_career Adult_NPC_Bartender_company
For now, I'd avoid them. Yes, you can assign them to your sims, but in the end, they do nothing.
