You need to use these cheats on these sims:
traits.equip_trait trait_isMailman
careers.add_career career_Adult_NPC_MailmanRemember, playing with the sim again will remove their role.
Template:
New sims generated will always be young adults.
They have 1 to 3 random base game skills on either level 2 or 3 (usually 2).
They always have this trait: trait_isMailman.
