Landlord for all Apartments (not Residential Rentals) in San Myshuno and Evergreen Harbor. Can be called to fix broken trash chute or Needs TLC stuff (electrical box, water pipes, mice, smells, and roaches) (if there's multiple, you can choose which one you'll call). Will come to remind you of unpaid rent.

✅️ Young adult or older

careers.add_career career_Adult_NPC_LandlordRemember, playing with the sim again will remove their role.
