One producer is chosen as a director of the gig (depending on the gig and director's career level). The other producers that didn't get the director role are the background characters in the movie set.

You need to use this cheats on these sims:

This is an extremely fragile career. Simply editing the sim in CAS will remove the career, not to mention moving them around and changing the played status also does that. So, in order to successfully get a custom paparazzi, you'll need to do the following:

1. Evict the paparazzi sim.
2. Have a surefire way to get the sim you want to be a paparazzi on the same lot (clubs can help).
3. Get their SimID with this cheat:
   sims.get_sim_id_by_name "[Sim's First Name]" "[Sim's Last Name]"
4. Equip the career using the career cheat with SimID.

Bouncer

Appear in venues to guard the VIP doors and can be hired to guard those at home. Can be convinced, fought with, or bribed to have your sim be let in.
