While you can use this cheat on these sims:
traits.equip_trait trait_entrepreneurYou can also shift-click on sim and navigate to Pack Cheats.../Expansion Packs.../EP09 - Eco Lifestyle.../Cheat Eco Lifestyle NPC Role Behavior.../Add Entrepreneur Hidden Trait (you can also remove it this way). The trait won't be removed when the sim is played.
