Yet another bad luck + cooking = fire, the second one, within hours of another one caused by a different household member because 3/5 of them currently have bad luck! My Sim lived though but her mother who put her out, did not survive... I might not save this...

Not in my game. I put the fire out with( magic) fire.
This EP would destroy my restaurants, cafes and bakeries with all these senseless furs(fires).
