That's very true, although seeing as they don't work on more than one pack at a time, I'd assume he was talking about the next pack as it wouldn't yet be in development (or would it?)
Packs are planned in advance so he at least knows the next few EPs that are coming. Also they've explained that they're working on multiple packs simultaneously, in various stages of development. Just think of how many years they've been working on Cats & Dogs, yet other EPs were still being released during that time.
