Hard to say. I like different ones for different reasons.
The animation when a vampire is drinking from someone's wrist is funny. It always ends on the mortal Sim shoving the vampire off for being there too long.
For pure cuteness, I've gotta say the toddlers giving each other hugs. That's just too adorable.
