TwistedMexi for Better Build/Buy and the beloved TOOL mod, aka the closest thing we have to an edit world tool.
Weerbesu for UI and loading screen improvements.
ThePancake1 and MizoreYukii for transforming CAS with their CAS Colour Sliders and more CAS Traits mod.
Roburky for fixing the emotion system.
PolarBearSims for improving autonomous behaviour.
Ky-e for fixing aspirations and making them more meaningful.
Bienchens for improving all existing traits and revamping the whim system.

LittleMsSam! I can't really run a lot of other mods in my game right now :p

All of them. This game is so awful without mods. I especially have much love for the mod creators that fix autonomy issues and bugs.
