My sims always end up fat. Are there ways to keep them thin without going to the gym or doing yoga? Doesn't walking to their job or to a lot count? Is it because they eat too many hotdogs or cookies? ...

Really just eating good and excercise. I find my Sims do not get fat easily. A good jog every once in a while is all they need and maybe skip dessert every so often!
