Fix for pets disappearing

@makeshiftwings Now that is funny! I never thought about calling the pet's phone, and I have tried a lot of different things. About the spot where the pet disappeared from the most. Those seem very random and no two pets seem to vanish from the same spot on the lots. One of the cats I have been testing with has the Friendly trait and likes to greet any guest that comes to the door. But then she follows them as they leave, hangs around on the sidewalk for a few seconds then disappears into the spawning area my Sim uses when exiting and entering the lot. And this cat is one of eleven pets I have been testing that disappears while outside in the yard. The rest of the pets always vanish while indoors. Half of the pets I am using have the Friendly trait but she is the only one that disappears whenever she is standing on the sidewalk. Bathrooms, kitchens, food bowls, kitty condos, sofas, and even certain social interactions with their owners, seem to be the most common triggers for the disappearances. And the only tricks I have found that lessen the chance of pets disappearing, are turning off all the main features in Eco Lifestyle and eliminating any lot traits that came with the pack, on a lot that has pets. But the randomness of the disappearances makes it very difficult to say what might be responsible for this bug. It seems to vary from player to player. Mods and CC aren't to blame here because I have played without both and the disappearances still occur.
