Doctor career- When you are sent on house calls, click on the receptionist desk to get the option to travel to where the house call is. When you're done treating all the patients, click on the floor or ground to get back to the hospital.
Delivering at the hospital- Click on the receptionist's computer to "check into hospital." I fumbled around for a few sim minutes, wondering why my sim wasn't making her way to the surgery bed when I clicked on the receptionist's computer and saw the option.
Science career- two of the tasks can be a little confusing. "Have coworker test serum" or something like that. "Friendly...test serum" only shows up for the normal serums in a sim's inventory. If you need to have a coworker test a tainted serum you will find the interaction under "Mischief...test serum."
