BB world does have some of my fav lots to build on and the neighbourhoods with boardwalks to the beach are really cool. I don’t always have pets but do use them if they relate to the story telling. I use build mode items from both quite a bit.
I would go with GT if I were to pick because I love building on the island, in the country and in the city. I use the club feature a lot with children. They might do an art class as a club or to not loose touch with the cousins we might have play at the park club so it’s really fast to meet up with cousins and play. It’s also nice to go to the pub or for coffee. You could make an epic activity center as a lounge, club or coffee shop with GT and seasons. dart boards, arcade games, foos ball and a roller rink. . .
