Growing Together Help

Since I got the pack my sim hasn't been able to progress in his Secret Agent job. Everything is done, he works hard and nothing for about 2 sim weeks. Also the new menu, is anyone else having problems finding things? Where is ask for present, become best friends, and others I forgot at the moment. And how do you teach to crawl? She's ready I just can't find it.

    There is no teach to crawl you have to do tummy time with them for them to get the abiltiy to sit up, crawl, pull self up etc.
