I would have to uninstall the whole game and just play the base if this was the case.
I paid for 56+ add ones and I'm not waisting my money by un-installing DLC that is connected to my sims and saves. I will wait for fixes, some may never happen.
If I start to uninstall DLC then it makes no sense to invest in new DLC because of old/new bugs in the game.
It's too bad Sims 4 doesn't have a store like sims 3 where you can pick and choose the DLC that you want in your game...you gotta buy the whole EP, Pack or Kit for just a few items..
