Help For rent bought, world shows but its faded and not available

I opened my game and For Rent was not in it. I looked for help, so I repaired game (nope) then I shut origin off and on (nope) But now sims 4 won't open at all origin just keeps coming back. I looked for help and put in that tool that erases cache. Now sims 4 opens but I still can't play For Rent.

    You need to go into the EA app and manually download it.

    Where is that I'm on a Mac Air and I'm still with Origin.
