Oh, this sounds fun!
I'd worry naming after locations (as we have multiple harbor towns) for any pack as many packs would have overlap, and instead keep with the pack features or themes as you already are doing.
Maybe Growing Together could be based on connection. Which could incorporate your theme ideas of family and growth as they could both be worked in.
