How do I get the Highschool Bonus Content?

The assistant told me rather rudely to contact Amazon. I sent him the link to this thread but that didn't help.

No, Amazon sent me just one code for the EP. I also don't see the content in my library. It was exactly the same with the Cottage Living bonus items until I found an EA assistant who added the items to my profile. There is also no possibility to continue the case as the EA live chat has ended in Germany at this time.

@alanmichael1 EAHelp posted on twitter that they're aware of problems with the bonus content & are looking into it. Simgirl1010 posted it on her Sims on Social Media thread if you want to check.

Is it automatically in the game already? I remember the University items being unlocked automatically.

I have already looked and don't see it.
