How Do I Paint a Mural in The Sims 4 City Living?

I just chose a work from home assignment for the career critic and one of the assignments is to paint a mural but I'm not sure how to do that. I'm new to the Sims 4 City Living and this is something I...

@CaronFitzgerald You can find a mural aroud a gallery or city centre in San Myshuno, keep your eyes open for some rectangular squares laying on the ground, they may be interactive! :D Then left-click on one of those to select interaction.
@vivica86 You need to remove the one which was half-painted in order to create your own! Left-click on it and select 'remove' to do so. Happy city-simming! :D
