How do you get a neglected child back?
my child on the sims 4 just kept playing the gaming rig while she was starving and had very low hygiene, I tried making her go get food but the gaming rig wasn't done until she finnished so i cancelle...

In TS3 you could have a different family adopt the child and then use the manage families tool to manually put the child back into the original house. I don't know if that's possible in TS4, but it might be a good place to start.
