How do you guys do it if you want to level up multiple skills for a sim?

Aging off is the easiest way. That way you can take your time with your Sims without feeling as stressed and makes raising toddlers easier too, then turn on aging when you are ready for them to grow up. Also researching skills on the computer help raise skills faster too.
