How do you keep a wedding cake from spoiling or being eaten before the ceremony?

Thank you both. I remember something a while back about wedding cakes spoiling really quick, but maybe that bug has been addressed. If it has then I can keep it in Summer's inventory and I can keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn't grab a slice.
