I have a very poor memory so it's essential that I make notes and take screenshots. I currently have 16 households and they each have a folder on my computer for screenshots and then I write some details down in my Kindle Scribe. I used to keep a normal notebook but I am really fussy about making mistakes and changes, so my Scribe allows me to rub things out and delete them or re-arrange them easily. I'm also forever changing my mind about things so it helps with that too lol.
