How do you keep track of your game?

I keep notebooks as well. I also post on tumblr and save documents with photos of what I post just for my own records. 

I really like the new feature in the notebooks in-game where you can leave a bio for each sim. I wish there was more space where you could also keep track of what's going on in your sims' lives. Right now I use it to write down goals for my next gameplay.
