I try to put it in the fridge, since one person isn't the family chef, so to speak. For the grapes, Erik keeps those in his own inventory, as he's the primary juice maker in the family. I did discover Morel mushrooms don't need to be refridgerated, but have no clue just where to keep those so that they're convenient. Yikes. I do end up with spoiled goods. Too often the fridge needs to be cleaned out. Could be leftovers, though that spoil.
Suffer me to say, I don't really manage it at all. I'm lucky to keep the plants from dying out in the greenhouse. :open_mouth:
