How do you move out of a house without deleting furniture?
So the only options are to "take furniture with you" or to "sell it". Either way it gets deleted. I don't wanna always leave someone behind so that the house stays the way it is.

As far as I’ve seen, @foxx_fennec is right. When moving out (via the phone) and you click the option to Sell Furnitire, it leaves everything there. Note that the default is to Keep Furniture, which packs it all to the moving families inventory (don’t forget they have a family inventory for furniture, not just personal inventories).
